Since our magnets are made to order, refunds are generally not accepted. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us, and we will do our best to make it right.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will promptly evaluate the issue and work to resolve it.
